The example and main ideas for chart is on page 634. Whatever is left to complete shall be completed for homework.

Students will continue working on their myths. All students will work in groups to create an original myth to explain either: a natural event, an emotion, or weather using the god or gods they created on Friday. Students will write their myths out and will present them as a skit they will film in class on Wednesday.

Language Arts 2nd and 5th period:
Review Poetry. Collect and review student poems. Begin 2nd free verse poems. Complete for homework.
Social Studies 3rd and 6th period:
Review social studies books pages 266-271. Complete reveiew questions 2-7 p. 271 in class. If students do not finish assignment in class they must complete the remaining questions at home.
Tuesday 3/12
Drama 1st period:
Rehearse and perform revised Bus Driver skits. Read and review Drama books chapter 4 on Improvisation. . Begin new skits titled, "The Soap Opera", if time permits.
Language Arts 2nd and 5th period:
2nd Free Verse poems are due. Mirror Test today for CA CST's. This is a practice test to measure students abilities thus far in the year. No homework today.
Social Studies 3rd and 6th period:
Read and review pages 266-271. Correct and collect review questions p. 271 2-7 from group work. All students are responsible for turning in their own answers. Homework: Students will have a take home quiz which will be started in class after correcting review questions. Quiz will cover material covered on pages 266-271.

Discuss, rehearse and perform "The Soap Opera", skits if time permits. Begin Ch 4 Improvisation Activity worksheets while revising your soap operas.
Langauge Arts 2nd and 5th period:
Students will work to complete CST Mirror Tests. If students cannot complete Mirror Tests, students may have additional time on Thursday to complete the test.
Homework: Students will read the poem, "Why the Caged Bird Sings", and complete a Question Log handout for the poem - Questions only, no answers are required.
Social Studies 3rd and 6th period:
