Monday Feb. 25th

Exploratory Drama 1st period:
Review Pantomime Chapter 3. Discuss new skits titled King, Queen, Murederer based on the play Hamlet.
Rehearse and perform today.

Langauge Arts 2nd-5th period:
Read and review Iraqi Treasures in LA books p. 439-443. Begin ON/Under Question Log using information from text. Students must include answer for each question. NOTE: Handout says answers not necessary, but students were given instruction to include answers. Complete for homework.

Social Studies 3rd and 6th period:
Correct and collect map exercise worksheet continued from Friday. Read and review Ancient China Ch. 8  pages 252-257. Homework: Complete questions 2 and 3 only pg. 257. Do not do chart for #2, just give the written answer only.

Tuesday Feb. 26th

Exploratory Drama 1st period:
Review and perform King, Queen, Murderer. Begin Chapter 3 Pantomime Activity Worksheet using elements from skits just performed. Worksheets will be collected tomorrow. No Homework!!

Language Arts 2nd and 5th period:
Review questions from On/Under Surface Question Log. Quiz today on Informational Texts. Book Reports assigned today.
No Homework

Social Studies 3rd and 6th period:
Correct and collect review questions p. 257.Read and review Ancient China handout. Begin Ancient China Crossword puzzle. Complete Ancient China Crossword puzzle for homework.

Wednesday Feb. 27th

Exploratory Drama 1st period:
Complete Ch. 3 Pantomime Activity Worksheet. Revise, rehearse and perform final King, Queen, Murderer skits.

Language Arts 2nd and 5th period:
Begin Poetry section Chapter 5 in LA books. Read pages 471-479. Review poem titled, "The Sea", p. 478-479. No Homework

Social Studies 3rd and 6th period:
Correct and collect Ancient China Crossword. Read pages 259-264 Complete Lesson 2 handout

Read and complete Pantomime Drama Worksheet - Vocabulary
